Thank you so much for your feedback! Typically, once a drawing is approved and payment is received, we take that as approval to release the order to production. I apologize for any miscommunications on our part in that regard. I have credited that order in full but it may take several business days for that to reflect on your credit card statement. Your approved order is in production and, yes, estimated to ship in September. We have experienced some delays due to sourcing challenges but are working all shifts around the clock to get back to our typical 10- 20 business day lead times. We appreciate your patience!
