Production time is way too long

I originally purchased these a few years back for a remodel project for a good client of ours, the quality has always been good but in the past couple of years the lead time of these has been super long. It is hard justifying to the client the lead times but unfortunately have no other option as they have to match so when they need to order smaller batches it is not the greatest due to how long you have to wait for the orders to be fulfilled. I also noticed on the order history page the order status is never accurate, it always just shows "processing" so you never know what stage of production your order is in, i wish this were more accurate as well. We placed our order on July 26th and received it on September 18th, as long as you and your client are willing to wait it is a nice product. When i called to check order status the reps on the phone were friendly and eager to help so that was nice, appreciate the good customer service.

Received order timely. Quality of the signs were good for the price. Slightly thinner than I expected, but they still look great
